No-Bake Banana Split Cake –

2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 cups confectioners’ sugar
Pinch of salt
4 bananas, sliced
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip
1/3 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Maraschino cherries (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar, and salt until smooth. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust.
Arrange the banana slices over the cream cheese mixture. Top with the crushed pineapple.
Spread the Cool Whip over the pineapple. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and maraschino cherries, if desired.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
