6 Slices of frozen Texas Toast Garlic cheese bread

½ Cup of sliced green bell peppers

½ Cup of sliced onions

12 oz. thinly shaved cheesesteak meat

3 Slices of provolone cheese

3 Slices of mozzarella cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil and butter for cooking

Begin by baking the garlic cheese bread as per the instructions on the package. Let it cool once done.
Drizzle some olive oil into a skillet over medium heat and sauté the vegetables until they become tender. Set them aside for later.

In the same skillet, cook the cheesesteak meat until it browns. Set this aside as well.

Lay a slice of provolone cheese on three pieces of the cooled garlic cheese toast.
Top the cheese with some of the cooked cheesesteak meat, onions, and peppers.
Place a slice of mozzarella cheese on top of the meat and veggies, and crown it with another slice of garlic cheese toast.
Melt some butter in the skillet over medium heat.
Cook the assembled sandwiches in the skillet, toasting each side for a few minutes until the bread is crisp and the cheese is melty.
