Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, fresh or thawed, make preparation easier and let the sauce simmer into the meat. For a more elegant appetizer, use large slices of salmon, the same sauce will go too!

°Half a pound of chicken breast
°Half a cup of mayonnaise
°A quarter cup of grated Parmesan cheese
°1 teaspoon garlic powder
°1 teaspoon seasoning salt
°Half a teaspoon of black pepper
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F .
Combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, seasoning salt and pepper in a small bowl.
Put the chicken in the oven tray and cover it with the Parmesan mixture.
Baking for 40 to 45 mn or to chicken reaches 165°F inside.
