°1/2 cup butter 1 stick
°2 cups of sugar
°1/2 cup of milk
°4 tablespoons of cocoa
°1 cup of creamy peanut butter
°3 cups of instant oats
°2 tsp pure vanilla extract
In a medium saucepan, add the butter, sugar, milk and cocoa. Put it on medium heat.
While you’re waiting for the mixture to come to a boil, measure out the peanut butter and oats and keep the bowl of vanilla bean handy. (Once you start this process – work fast.
Next, bring the mixture to a boil in the sauce pan and—once it comes to a full boil—boil, about 1 minute and 15 seconds.
After that, remove it from the fire immediately.
Add the peanut butter, stirring. Add the oats and stir. Add the vanilla with the flip.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto a baking sheet lined with wax paper.
Leave to cool for 30 minutes or until set.
