You will need:
2 graham cracker pie crusts.
1 can (15 oz) crushed pineapple, drained.
1 jar (9 oz) Cool Whip, thawed.
1 can of sweetened condensed milk.
¼ cup lemon juice.
½ t of vanilla extract.
In a large bowl, combine the crushed pineapple, condensed milk, lemon juice and vanilla extract until well blended, then stir in the cold whisk and stir to combine.
Pour the mixture evenly into the pie shells and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight. Enjoy!
Simple, easy and delicious! I usually add maraschino cherries, coconut, walnuts and tangerines to my pie. The cherries and nuts make it so much better! Try it, you will love it!
