° 6 bone-in chicken thighs, skin on (about 5-6 ounces each)
°2 tablespoons of olive oil
°2-3 t chicken seasoning or Italian seasoning
°Salt / pepper to taste
Preheat broiler 425 degrees F. Lay a baking sheet with aluminum foil and put a baking rack on it.
Wipe the chicken skin off with a paper towel to eliminate any dampness.
Put the chicken in the olive oil and season with flavors, salt and pepper.
Put on a rack and heat for 35 to 40 minutes or to temperature of chicken arrives at 165 degrees F .
Broil 2-3 minutes.
