°1 cup soft butter
°Half a cup of powdered sugar
° 1/4 teaspoon salt
°1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
° 2 1/4 C flour
°1 C Finely chop the pecans
° 1 c powdered sugar
Prepare the oven and heat it to one hundred and seventy-five degrees Celsius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Add the powdered sugar and butter to the mixing bowl. Beat until creamy.
Add flour, walnuts, vanilla and salt. beat until well blended. Form small balls with the mixture.
Sprinkle a baking sheet with parchment. Arrange the balls on an even baking sheet. Be positive about moving away from the area between each ball. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 11 minutes, or until cooked through.
Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool completely to room temperature. Add the powdered sugar to the mixing bowl.
Add cookies in batches, tossing until well covered.
