Ingredients:
° 8 pieces of chicken
°1 teaspoon of milk
° 2 T. juice
°1 C. Tabasco sauce
°1 egg,
° 2 tsp. flour
° 1/2 tsp. Red pepper
° 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
° 1/4 tsp. Onion powder
° 1/4 tsp. Cayenne pepper
° 1/4 tsp. pepper
° 1/4 tsp. salt
° 1/4 tsp. Wild thyme
*Preparation :
With milk, eggs, tabasco and pickle juice. Mix the chicken with it and leave it to marinate for an hour in the fridge. Join all remaining fasteners into another pot for drilling. Currently I used a deep fryer, but you could use an iron skillet. and hot oil at 350 degrees. Digging the chicken in the flour, returning it to the mixture it was soaking in, then returning it to the flour. The treatment sheet continues to be placed with the excess cut off. Leave for 5 minutes before burning. – Place 2-3 pieces at a time in the skillet and cook for 7-8 minutes boneless or 10-12 boneless, you can heat the grill to 250 degrees and place the chicken on the cooling rack over a curing sheet to stay warm and cool while packing in the rest.
