Ingredients:
°1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
°3 ½ tsp. baking powder
°1 C. Salt 1 tbsp. Sugar
°1 ¼ cup milk
°1 egg 3 tbsp. Unsalted butter (melted)
°1 C. pure vanilla extract
*PREPARATION:
In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Add milk, egg and melted butter. Whisk until completely smooth. Stir in vanilla. Over medium heat, lightly oil a frying pan, griddle or frying pan. Make sure the pan is heated through before baking the pancakes. Pour about ¼ cup of batter over the round pan. **I used a cupcake scoop to make them the same size. Bake until bubbles form in the batter, then flip the pancake. Bake until lightly browned on both sizes. Continue with the rest of the dough. Serve hot with syrup (or any other toppings of your choice – butter, jam, honey, fruit). Enjoy :)! NOTES Many different foods can be added to this paste. I added bananas and white chocolate chips, and it was great! To do this, once the batter is poured into the pan, place the food just above the batter. Finish cooking in the same way as plain pancakes.
Enjoy!
