For the sauce:
3 tablespoons Sour cream
3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Marjoram
1 teaspoon Sweet paprika
1 clove Garlic
to taste Salt


Potatoes are washed, cleaned, washed, cut into cubes 
Dry the blocks thoroughly..
We put the potatoes in a saucepan, pour a few tablespoons of vegetable oil, cover the pan with a lid, shake, mix so that the potatoes are all greased with oil.
We spread the potatoes on a baking sheet, evenly spread out so that there are gaps between the bars.

Bake until ready in the preheated oven. I use the “Pizza” convection mode (bottom heating + hot air) and bake at 170 degrees. If you use the non-convection mode, you will need a higher temperature.
Readiness is checked with a toothpick (whether the potatoes are soft inside).
The potatoes are ready. Remove from the oven and add salt to taste. But you can not salt, as the sauce is salty.
