chicken pizza



400 g  Flour

1 tbsp. l Dry yeast

1/2 tsp Sugar

1 tsp Salt

250 ml Warm water

3 tbsp vegetable oil


150 gr Curd cheese

2 tbsp. l Mayonnaise

5 tbsp. l Boiled water

1 tsp Oregano


300 gr Chicken fillet

1/2 tsp Sweet paprika

1/2 tsp Dry garlic

to taste Salt and pepper

1 piece Tomato

300 gr Mozzarella cheese


Sift flour, add salt, sugar, yeast and mix well.

Pour in water and vegetable oil.

Knead a soft dough that doesn’t stick to your hands.

Leave the dough in a warm place for 40-50 minutes.

Mix the ingredients for the sauce until smooth.

Marinate chicken fillet in spices for 20 minutes.

Bake the fillet in foil, in the oven at 190 °C.

Divide the dough into two parts.

Each roll out in a thin layer.

Brush with sauce.

Add the mozzarella slices, chicken pieces and sliced tomatoes.

Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 200 °C for ~20 minutes.
