Pecan Bacon Brittle

Quick, easy and turns out airy! All in the microwave!
(Makes one 8 or 9 inch batch)
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 tablespoon butter
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup white sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp. vanilla
5 COOKED slices of thick bacon, cooled and chopped
Add pecans, sugar, syrup and salt in a large glass bowl. Stir with wooden spoon. Leave spoon in bowl while cooking in microwave.
Cook on high 3 minutes. Stir.
Cook another 3 minutes in microwave. Stir in butter. Microwave another 1 min 30 seconds. Stir in baking soda, bacon and vanilla QUICKLY. Pour into a parchment lined or butter round cake pan. Let cool. Store in airtight container or fridge
