FRIED BOLOGNA

Some foods – literally – are an acquired taste. Or it becomes a kind of unspoken classic even though people disagree about its quality. Fried Bolognese can be found somewhere in this region, a Facebook survey quickly revealed. It is a simple food with a simple appearance that gives consumers exactly what it offers.

* Ingredients :

° white bread (2 slices)

° Bolognese slices (about 1 to 2, but it depends on personal taste)

° Oil (1/8 teaspoon)

° American cheese (one slice, or to taste)

° mustard (1 tablespoon)

* Directions :

Grease a frying pan with oil on a medium heat. Cut slits in the bologna starting in the middle and working up to the end before placing the bologna in the hot oil. Cook until the bologna is brown on both sides. While browning the last side, add the cheese slice(s) on top.
At the end, put mustard foam on two pieces of bread. When the fried cheese bolognese is done, place it between two slices of bread and enjoy!
