* Ingredients :

° 250 ml warm water

° 2 tablespoons olive oil

° 2 sachets of baker’s yeast (2 x 5 g)

° 1 teaspoon salt

° 400 g flour T65

° 3 teaspoons of oregano

° 500 gm tomato paste

° 3 packets of mozzarella

Paste :

In a tall glass, mix water, yeast, sugar and olive oil and leave for 5 minutes. In a large bowl, put the salt and half of the flour. Pour the contents of the tall glass into the bowl. Add more flour until you get a dough that doesn’t stick to your hands and comes out of the bowl. Knead the dough for a minute and shape it into a ball. Then cover it with a damp cloth in a warm place for 15 minutes. It should double in size.

the pizza:

Divide the dough into thirds. Spread each dough in a round tin of 20 cm diameter (with a little oil in the molds). Pinch the dough out so it rises around the edges. Cover the pasta with a cloth for 15 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200°C. For each pizza, cut Galbani mozzarella cheese into 4 slices. Place mozzarella slices on each pizza. Cover cheese and dough with a third of tomato puree for each pizza. Add thyme. Let them cook for 20 to 25 minutes.
