° 1 pound ground turkey
° 1 pound lean ground beef
° 1 large egg, lightly beaten
° Seasoned italian rusk cup
° 1 medium sized onion, finely chopped
° 1 teaspoon garlic powder
° 1 teaspoon salt
° 1 teaspoon pepper
° 1 14 ounces pasta sauce
° 2 tsp Parmesan-cheese
° 1 cup shredded Italian cheese mix
In a large bowl, add 1/2 of the pasta sauce and the rest of the ingredients except the meat. Mix until well blended.
Add ground beef and turkey. Make sure ingredients from step 1 are well incorporated to meat. Shape meat mix to loaf.
Making slow cooker foil handles also spraying with cook oil. Placing meatloaf on tin foil.Close the lid of the slow cooker and cook over low heat for 8 hours or over high heat for 45 hours, or until the pink color disappears. Your internal temperature should read 170 degrees.
Open the slow cooker.Spread the rest of the pasta sauce on meat meat and sprinkle with grated cheese.Close the lid and simmer for 15 minutes or until the cheese melts.Using the aluminum handles, remove the meatloaf and serve.
