PREPARATION:

• STEP 1_In a big saucepan or Dutch oven heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.

• STEP 2_Combine the crab, cream cheese, garlic, green onion, red onion, salt, sesame oil, and black pepper and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl.

• STEP 3_On a work surface, place the wonton wrappers. Spoon in the middle of each wrapper 1 teaspoon and half of the crab mixture. Rub the corners of the wrappers with water with your fingertips.
