INGREDIENTS

400 g of margarine
500 g of wheat flour (sifted)

METHOD OF PREPARATION
In an electric mixer, place the eggs and sugar, beat for 8 minutes on high speed until it forms a
smooth cream.
Slow down and add margarine, mix for approximately 1 minute.
Turn off the mixer.
Then add the wheat and yeast, mixing from the bottom to the top, until it forms a homogeneous
