AIR FRYER CHEESESTEAK ROLLS RECIPE

Air Fryer Cheesesteak Rolls are a quick and easy dinner or lunch to add to the menu this week. Crescent dough is filled with roast beef, peppers, onions and cheese and is sure to be a family pleasing meal.

Cheesesteaks are a favorite at our house and this version uses leftover roast beef for a new twist on the classic sandwich. We love dipping these rolls in horseradish sauce and serve them up with french fries and coleslaw for a great dinner option.

I use the Cosori Premium 5.8 Quart Air Fryer, which I received for review purposes and it’s simple to use. My favorite feature is how fast it will cook and I’m not waiting on the oven to preheat. It’s easy to clean and doesn’t heat up the whole house when you cook with it.

INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons butter
2 medium size bell peppers, thinly sliced
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
8 ounces thin sliced roast beef
2 tablespoons best dry rub or steak seasoning
2 cans refrigerated crescent dough (8 ounces each)
4 ounces shredded Mozzarella cheese
Horseradish Sauce for Serving, optional

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt butter in a skillet and cook peppers and onions over medium heat, stirring occasionally until vegetables are softened, about8 -10 minutes.
Mix in sliced roast beef and dry rub and continue to cook 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
Preheat air fryer to 400° for 5 minutes.
Unroll crescent dough into triangles.
Top each with cheese, roast beef and peppers and onions. Roll up.
Cook rolls in batches, not touching at 380° for 4 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove to a wire rack until ready to serve.
Serve with horseradish sauce if desired.
