1 lb frozen bread dough, thawed
1 beaten egg
120 g peppéroni, chopped
1 cup grated mozzarella
1/4 cup grated fresh Parmesan
1 1/2 c. Italian herbs
Preheat the oven to 190 ° C. Lightly grease a baking sheet.
Roller out bread dough to a rectangle. Brush the top with the beaten egg. Spread the pepperoni and cheeses, as well as the Italian herbs. Roll the dough over its filling, into a long sausage. Put on sheet, joint hand down.
